Tammy annually coordinates one of the largest Animal Blessing Services in the Atlanta area at Unity North Atlanta Church. The event is usually the first Sunday in October and honors St. Francis. At the October 2005 event, both CBS and FOX news broadcast the event and interviewed Tammy regarding alternative healing modalities for animals.
